Members,

    During the January Meeting member packets were distributed to those in attendance. Every union member will be receiving their packets in the coming days. Please place the IUPA Member Emergency Card (provided in the packet) in your wallets. The card has a phone number printed on the front, should you need representation. The card also has instructions on what to do during a critical incident. After calling the number on the card please contact an IUPA local 6071 Union representative:  Chris "Moose" Stoddard, Michael Zaleski, or Daniel Greenup.  

   All Members are eligible for two accidental death insurance plans. One plan is through American Income Life Insurance Company and the other plan is through Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company. These polices must be completed and sent in every year, even if you completed both forms in 2011 you must complete the forms in 2012. The forms are sent to two different addresses provided on the forms. Please get with members on the board to get your packets and insurance forms. 

Payroll deduction is now available

With payroll deduction $18.46 will be withdrawn from your pay check, every pay period. Simply complete the form and mail it in, in order to begin payroll deduction. The form can be downloaded from the link provided above. The form should be sent to the address listed under the contact us link at the top of the page.
